We are pleased to announce that Quad and Danieli have successfully collaborated to exchange critical melt shop information at Gerdau Whitby shop in June 2023. This two-phase project facilitates the seamless relay of essential data related to Scrap, EAF, and Ladle Furnace between our systems.
The real-time communication between QMOS [L3] and Danieli [L2] ensures that quality requirements, production schedules, delays, events, material consumption, and production details are efficiently shared between the systems. This integration enhances QMOS operational efficiency and accuracy.
