We are thrilled to announce the completion of the installation of the QMOS FIN module at the new GMSP (Gerdau Midlothian Steel Processing) facility in Midlothian, Texas. GMSP is one of the most advanced heat treatment operations in North America, producing stretched and stress relieved A722 bars which provide improved stress relaxation properties for fasteners as well as post tensioned and pre-stressed applications. Quad has provided its QMOS FIN application as the MES of the new facility, which will enable GMSP to accurately track finished good bundle production, effectively log test results and accurately account for all downtimes related to its heat treatment processing.
