QUAD is proud to announce the commissioning of the QMOS Scrap Scale system at Gerdau Petersburg. The system streamlines the weighing process for trucks performing internal or commercial movements of ferrous and non ferrous materials within the premises. Along with integration with radiation sensors, PLC’s, cameras and scale weights, the system leverages the use of RFID technology to minimize driver integrations with the Kiosk at the truck scale and significantly improves truck processing times. Commercials transactions are automatically transmitted to Level 4 ERP system.
The system provides system provide feature rich tools to review all past trucks loads, and view photos, impurity summaries, notes and event logs.
