We are thrilled to announce that our QMOS-Billet Marking system was successfully implemented at Nucor Nebraska shop in October 2022.
The QMOS-Billet Marking product boasts communication and reliability between the QMOS[L3] and the Billet Marking machine. The system offers live data on the billets on the cooling bed and what billets are queried next to the marking machine automating the manual marking process of semi-finished billets/blooms and incorporating communication with the existing QMOS suit.
The QMOS-Billet Marking product is designed to meet the evolving needs of the steel industry. It provides several unique features, including a live visual representation of the billets marked and communication between the level 3 system and level 1 systems.
