Gerdau implements the cloud based JobAid management system in all North American facilities. The system is implemented centrally on Gerdau’s cloud system and enables all facilities to digitalize all paper forms such as checklists, inspections and job aids among others. The JobAid system is fully integrated with Gerdau’s Maintenance Management System to auto generate work orders as needed. The JobAid system has allowed Gerdau to streamline and simplify all inspection processes and significantly reduce the required efforts from the operators.
